Please note that the early bird and author registration deadlines have now passed. If you are a presenting author and did not register by the deadline, your paper will unfortunately be removed from the conference proceedings.
If exceptional circumstances prevented you from registering on time, please contact iced@designsociety.org and CC admin@designsociety.org as soon as possible. We may be able to keep your registration open and delay the removal of your paper.
All Design Society members—including new members—receive substantial registration discounts. Student registration is available for just USD 500. During registration, you’ll also have the opportunity to renew your Design Society membership for 2 or 5 years, with extra savings on multi-year renewals. ICED25 will take place at the University of Texas at Dallas, in the Engineering and Computer Science building, Richardson.

Important reminder: A presenting author for each accepted paper was required to register by 1 May 2025. This deadline had already been extended to accommodate the late opening of registration.
