AFRICA-DESIGN
AFRICA-DESIGN is a Design Society initiative to build a network of design researchers, educators, and practitioners based in African countries with particular emphasis on design for sustainable development.
Stay up to date with the latest developments, events, and insights from our worldwide design research community.
Every year the Board of Management, Advisory Board and SIG and Chapter Leaders of the Design Society meet to discuss the development and administration of the Society and, in a day of scientific discussions, to explore important issues in design research. The meeting is called the Rigi meeting after the location in Switzerland where the Society was founded in 2000. This year the meeting will be held on 13-15 March at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
