Abstract
Under the trend of artificial intelligence, integrating AI into user-centered product development strategies faces numerous challenges. This study emphasizes the potential of design thinking to bridge the gap between engineering technology and user experience design. By analyzing the practical experiences of engineers in AI-driven product development, the research highlights that design thinking tools can effectively guide engineers to approach design from the perspective of user needs, further enhancing product innovation and competitiveness. The findings fill a knowledge gap in the application of design thinking in AI and hardware development, providing technology companies with concrete strategies to foster the integration of technology and design, thus improving user satisfaction and market competitiveness.
