Abstract

In the validation of Power tools, the user must always be taken into account. In order to make the influences of the user in the tests as reproducible as possible, these influences must be modelled on test stands. Until now, there was no method by which the necessary input variables could be measured and processed accordingly. In this article a developed method is shown and verified using an orbit sander.

Keywords: active user behavior, power tool, robot test stand, forces, trajectory
