Abstract

This paper presents the results and findings on an education program in innovation management which development is based on company need. The paper describes the creation process of the education program from customer need analysis until the objectives and expectations of the company management. The substance and realisation of the education program are also examined, and the factors leading to its successful implementation are outlined. The analysis of the benefits and values for companies and participants is based on follow-up and reflection enquiries.
