Abstract:
Our paper considers the systemic environments of an Aided Virtual Team Building System (Aided VTB System). The Aided VTB System will feature recommendations, guidelines and best practices for virtual team building adapted to the requirements of organisations and design projects in further research. This study focus on a survey of the environments “trustworthy environment” and computer supported collaborative work” to show different concepts, challenges, conditions and interrelations. A synthesis of all environments is provided in the end of the paper.
