Abstract:
China's agriculture is in a critical period of transformation from traditional to modern. In regions such as Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, the complex terrain has led to fragmented land, hindering large-scale mechanized production. During the process of urbanization, the outflow and aging of agricultural labor force have triggered a crisis of "agricultural generation gap", with low land utilization and insufficient production capacity. In addition, the penetration rate of existing agricultural science and technology and intelligent achievements in this region is low, and there is a gap between traditional agriculture and modern technology. To this end, this study proposes a new model of agricultural service parks based on multi-subject value co-creation, builds a multi-party collaborative ecosystem, combines fragmented land resources and service design, and integrates technology, business, perception experience and operation. It aims to attract young and middle-aged talents to return, enhance land value and agricultural sustainability, and provide replicable and implementable practical paths for the transformation of traditional agricultural areas.
