Abstract:
This research was conducted in cooperation with LED lighting manufacturing company for the development project of manufacturing servitization support framework in coffee shops. Product-Service Systems (PSS) Design process was used to determine the activities of café users and their intrinsic value. The key values of Customization, Control and Share were verified by observing the requirements of diverse behaviours of the customers while they were in the coffee shops. Also, the different lighting service was demanded depending on their various activities. Therefore, the smart lighting customization service is proposed. It is followed to the scenario which designed for the various lighting service of each specific personal activity in the coffee shops. In addition, this experience from the different lighting service is evaluated to share with other peers through online community and the system associates the user subjective experience evaluation and physical context of the lighting to save. It can re-perform when the users want for specific situation. The smart lighting customization service is produced as a prototyping of independent booth in the LED fair to survey its experience. When the lighting service had changed in accordance with each activity, its experience assessed by the customer experience sampling and analysis (CESA) to analyse the best result and the evaluation was made to find its desired lighting service to re-operate.
