This Session
"What sustainability impact do YOU want to have on the world?"
Decisions taken during the early stages of the design process determine up to 80% of the products´ sustainability performance (including the environmental, social and economic dimensions). Several tools and approaches already exist to support designers in taking informed decisions regarding material selection, definition of production processes, optimised product life cycle, design for circularity, etc. Nevertheless, the practice of sustainable design is still a challenge for many designers and companies. Join us in this webinar and engage in an interactive discussion about how to develop products and solutions that are more sustainable by design. We promise a number of inspiring cases and success stories – and lots of interaction!
