Abstract

During the planning and development of large-scale systems an increasing number of stakeholders have to be involved to ensure a holistic consideration. System Lifecycle Properties (Ilities) become more dominant targets for development tasks. A consideration of these objectives is only possible if we know which stakeholders in the system is interested in which Ilities. To this end, we present an approach for the identification of these relationships using matrix-based methods, and show how so-called “Ility Modules” for stakeholders and activities can be derived. In a case study in the field of automotive industry, we demonstrate the practical benefit of our approach and discuss the scope of our method.
